I'm Christina Hibbitt, Co-Owner of Excel Bookkeeping, wife, and mother of three. When I'm not wrangling the family, you'll find me wearing my hats as a Board Member at Calvary Christian Academy and the President of Embrace Delaware. I'm all about soaking up the sunshine with my family and friends. Crunching numbers has been my thing since 2012, and in 2021, I teamed up with Carol Dill, to launch Excel Bookkeeping. I'm on a mission to make bookkeeping less daunting, offering people reliable, accurate, and personalized financial insights. I'm also a Financial Advisor at an Investment Firm in Dover, DE.

Hey, I'm Carol! I’m married and have two awesome kiddos. Nothing beats hanging out with family and friends, especially when we can travel together. I've been crunching numbers since 2019, and in 2021, Christina Hibbitt and I kicked off Excel Bookkeeping. I work as an Operations Manager at an Investment Firm and my husband and I are proud part-owners of Excel Construction Group.

Accounts Receivable Services
- Input all transactions for bank accounts and/or credit card accounts
- Reconcile bank accounts and/ credit card accounts
- Make any adjusting entries needed
- Provide balance sheet, profit & Loss and any other reports needed
- Maintain customer records
- Enter invoices to be emailed and / or mailed
- Mail invoices
- Process statements
- Deposit checks
Accounts Payable Services
- Maintain vendor records
- Enter bills into QuickBooks
- Prepare checks for you to print or pay through your bank
- Prepare all 1099 Misc. forms at the end of year
QuickBooks File Set Up
- One-time fee
- All Licensing and Software must be purchased by the client, or it will be billed on an annual basis by Excel
Clean Up & Catch Up
- Vary based on the complexity of the company/job
Payroll Services
- Maintain employee records
- Process weekly or bi weekly payroll
- Provide pay stubs for distribution to employees
- Prepare all monthly and quarterly federal, state and local payroll returns
- Provide instructions on when to pay payroll taxes
- Prepare all year end reporting (including W-2’s and annual reconciliation returns)
